Abstract
Using research methods, we selected
07 solutions to apply to the school’s internal and
external sports activities in order to improve the
quality of physical education for students of the
Forestry University. Vietnam ensures science and
reliability. Initially, the application of 07 selected
measures shows that they have good effects in
improving physical strength for students. The
effectiveness of the measures shown in the physical
growth of the experimental group was higher
than that of the control group, both male and
female students as shown in the spreadsheet at the
probability threshold p < 0.05.
