Abstract

This study employed various methods
including: literature review; interviews and
discussions; pedagogical testing; and mathematical
statistics. We undertook a necessary assessment
of the current state of specialized physical fitness
(SPF) levels among female Karatedo athletes
at the University of Economics and Industrial
Technology (UNETI) throughout different
training phases. The research involved selecting
appropriate tests to evaluate the training level of
SPF in female Karatedo athletes from UNETI,
while simultaneously assessing the current SPF
levels of the study subjects.
