Abstract

This research employed conventional research methodologies to ascertain five salient
strategies for augmenting the operational quality of sports clubs at the University of Finance Marketing. These proposed interventions underwent an initial phase of practical implementation,
followed by a comprehensive evaluation of their efficacy. Empirical findings indicate that the
selected strategies demonstrably contributed to a significant amelioration in the quality of athletic
training conducted under the sports club paradigm at the University of Finance – Marketing.
