Abstract

Using basic research methods in
physical education and sports, the research
results have selected 11 exercises to improve
the ability to attack and destroy one-on-one
defense for the Banking Academy men's
basketball team, applying Effective use of the
exercise showed a statistically significant
difference at the probability threshold P < 0.05.
The research results contribute to improving
the quality of teaching and training physical
education at the Banking Academy.
