HO CHI MINH’S POLITICAL IDEOLOGY ON THE FOREIGN RELATIONS AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE IN THE CURRENT REVOLUTIONARY STAGE

Abstract

President Ho Chi Minh is the genius leader, a great man of diplomatic, founded of Viet Nam’s diplomacy. He bequeathed for our nation’s modern diplomacy with a unique diplomatic ideology, a priceless heritage, a foundation of strength and the key to successfully and effectively nation's foreign policy through the revolutionary stages. President Ho Chi Minh especially dignifys the principle of "firm in objectives, flexible in strategies and tactics", steadfast in the spirit of "independence and self-reliance" and skillfully in combining "national strength with the strength of the age" to create total strength to carry out a successful revolution. The article presents the basic contents of Ho Chi Minh's political ideology in foreign affairs and its significance in the current revolutionary stage
