Abstract

Applying the perspective of Marxism-Leninism on the principles of solving problems between peoples in the world, Ho Chi Minh proposed the principle of independent and self-reliant foreign policy, and he saw this as an immutable factor. Non-negotiable under all circumstances. At the same time, he also saw the great role of expanding international relations and cooperation, in order to gain the support of progressive, peace-loving forces in the world. Therefore, in foreign affairs, Ho Chi Minh always insisted on the path of independence and self-reliance combined with expanding international relations
