Abstract
The article focuses on understanding some issues about assessing history and geography competency and activities assessing history and geography competency for fourth-grade students at some primary schools in district 11, Ho Chi Minh City. From there, the article proposes some apppropriate toolkits for assessing historical and geographical competency and describing the exprimenting results in order to support teachers with additional reference sources during assessment process
