Abstract

In the context of globalization today, English plays an important role in developing high-quality human resources, it is a key for the process of integration and development. Improving the quality of English training has become an urgent need in the national education system, especially for higher education. Therefore, the study of the current status in training and training management of general English in some countries in the world is an important step in finding and proposing renovation solutions, improving the quality of teaching and learning English as well as the general English training management. From that, the quality of English training is expected to meet the goal of increasing output quality as well as the need of high-quality professional human resources for social development and international economic integration
