IMPLEMENTING THE POLICY OF REFINING AND REDUCING WORKFORCE IN HO CHI MINH CITY

Abstract

Implementing the policy and guideline of the Party and law of the State about refining the organisation and reducing the workforce, in recent period, Hochiminh City has had many measures to enforce effectively the refining and reducing policy and achieved the encouraged results. However, there are still many problems and limitations that need to be solved. To get the goal of 10% cutting down workforce in 2021, Ho Chi Minh city need have strong solutions in order to speed up refining and reducing  in coming time
