STUDENTS SATISFACTION WITH THE QUALITY OF ENGLISH TRAINING AT NHA TRANG UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The current trend of assessing the quality of training is not only based on academic values ​​but also on other factors, including learners' perceptions when using the services provided by the university. This article is the result of a study on student satisfaction with the quality of English language training at Nha Trang University. The primary objective of the study is to assess the satisfaction of learners with the quality of training and determine the factors affecting their satisfaction, thereby proposing solutions to improve the training quality continuously and better meet the needs of the society
