Abstract

As a thinker, the most outstanding creative marxist of the Vietnamese Revolution in the twentieth century, Ho Chi Minh is a shining example of morality. Ho Chi Minh's moral heritage is not only a theoretical thought on morality but also a practice of moral cultivation, training, and practice. In this article, the author studies Ho Chi Minh's ethics, the current situation of the quality of the staff, and the work of cadres in the city, proposes some key solutions to build the ethics and lifestyle of cadres and civil servants in Ho Chi Minh City
