Abstract

Trademark infringement in a variety of forms such as copying, imitating, using trademarks that are the same or similar to trademarks that have been granted is a worrying problem for businesses. Improving the efficiency of industrial property rights protection for trademarks is not only an indispensable and important requirement for the development of businesses. This is an important task of countries in general and Vietnam in particular
