CULTURAL ESSENCE OF VIETNAM 'S NATION WITH THE STRATEGICAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE COUNTRY

Abstract

Vietnamese strength basically is the power of culture. Contacting from the long-term reality of the country's history of national construction, safeguard and development, we can see more clearly on this matter. However, what is the most important and decisive root factor for national culture to play a positive role in the strategical development of Vietnam? More importantly, how can these factors be inherited and promoted for the cause of national construction and defense in the current context? From the perspective of Culturology, combining History, Ethnology and a number of other specialties, the article initially suggests some general awareness to contribute to the explanation of these major issues, with the hope to contribute some opinions on the topic of building and developing the country's culture in all circumstances
