SOLUTIONS TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF WATER SUPPLY SERVICES: A CASE STUDY AT BINH DUONG WATER - ENVIRONMENT JSC

Abstract

Water plays an extremely important role for life on earth, clean water is a finite resource for every country. Binh Duong is an area of rapid and strong socio-economic development of the whole country. The survey sample was concentrated in 3 densely populated areas in the center of Binh Duong, 326 valid responses were obtained. It is essential to improve the quality of water supply services at Binh Duong Environmental Water Joint Stock Company. The research results will partly help the management to better understand the existence of the service quality being provided as a basis to improve the service quality at the company and ensure the trust of customers
