Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has seriously affected many different activities of society, including education and training. It was a threat that required universities as well as education and training institutions to have effective adaptation strategies to overcome the pandemic while ensuring uninterrupted teaching and learning activities. This current article approaches the OODA model to analyze the adaptability of lecturers at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City.
