APPLICATION OF INTELLIGENT SCHOOL MODEL TO HELP REDUCE PRESSURE FOR AN GIANG PROVINCE HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS
Abstract
This study uses a systematic, interdisciplinary approach and applies qualitative and quantitative methods to answer the research questions: "What is a smart school"; "The pressures that teachers in high schools face in teaching activities", "What is the solution for applying the smart school model". The study surveyed and analyzed the opinions and views of leaders, teachers and students at high schools in An Giang province to assess the current state of pressure and solutions to reduce pressure for teachers. Pilot results of applying the smart school model at Nguyen Hien and Vinh Trach High School in An Giang province show that the model is effective in: reducing operating costs and providing equivalent support. for teachers and students, making teaching and learning more interesting, quickly and easily looking up information, reducing pressure on teachers, helping teachers focus on improving their professional qualifications and teaching work. Learn with creativity for attractive lectures. The pilot results also demonstrate high feasibility, allowing the model to be deployed throughout An Giang province. It is necessary to build human resources as the core content, combine the construction of technology infrastructure, and promote the application of technology in management and administration of teaching activities to replicate the model
