Abstract
Lecturers fostering to meet career title standards plays an important role in school management. It plays a decisive role in the quality of training and the brand of the home school. In this article, the authors give an overview of lecturers fostering activities base on career title standards at the Vietnam Russia Vocation Training College No1. From there, solutions are provided to improve the effectiveness of lecturers fostering activities base on the career title standards of vocational education lecturers which which aim to help lecturers improve their training quality, position and protect the school's brand name in domestic as well as over the world and to meet the increasing requirements of the labor market
