THE CURRENT SITUATION OF STUDENT MANAGEMENT BY MEANS OF POSITIVE DISCIPLINE EDUCATION AND PUNISHMENT DISCIPLINE OF TEACHERS IN SOME HIGH SCHOOLS IN THE GO VAP DISTRICT, HO CHI MINH CITY
Abstract
The article presents the current situation of student management by means of positive discipline education and punishment discipline of teachers in some high schools in the Go Vap district. Research results show that these two forms of discipline still exist in parallel in the surveyed high school but the level of application between the two forms is markedly different. Most punitive forms of discipline are still used regularly, and most teachers use little or no use of positive discipline in student management. From the survey of the actual situation, we propose measures to improve the effectiveness of student management by means of positive discipline education of homeroom teachers of some high schools in Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City
