FACTORS AFFECTING DEVELOPMENT QUALITY CULTURE IN HIGH SCHOOLS
Abstract
In order to develop a quality culture in schools, close cooperation and active support from many stakeholders, namely learners themselves, families, schools and society... Therefore, the development of quality culture in schools is influenced by many different factors to a certain extent (more or less, direct or indirect, short-term or long-term...). The article presents a number of contents related to factors belonging to administrators, factors belonging to teachers and support staff, factors belonging to school culture, factors belonging to students' age characteristics, factors belonging to socio-economic development conditions, material and financial conditions, direction of superiors and coordinated attention of students' parents; as a theoretical basis for further research and provide useful information for schools to select contents, methods and approaches suitable to the conditions and circumstances of schools in order to develop quality culture in particular and improve the quality of education in general in schools today
