BUILDING INTEGRATED AND HONEST QUALITY FOR CADRES AND PARTY MEMBERS FOLLOW HO CHI MINH’S THOUGHT

Abstract

Ho Chi Minh has always been interested in fostering revolutionary ethics for cadres and party members, in which, fostering integrity and honesty is a particular focus of his attention. According to him, integrity is not only an essential moral quality, a measure and a moral standard for each cadre and party member but also a foundation for building a clean and strong Party and administration. Based on analyzing the essential contents of Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on integrity and honesty, the article proposes several solutions to creatively apply his thought in building the revolutionary morality of the cadres and party members
