MINH MENH’S THOUGHT ON HUMAN RIGHTS

Abstract

Minh Menh (1791-1841) was one of the typical leaders, politicians, thinkers in Vietnam at the end of the 18th century and the beginning of the 19th century. As a thinker, he brought progressive and highly appreciated views to the history of national thoughts, one of which must be the idea of human rights. The formation of his thought on human rights was based on his wishes and aspirations towards a better, more powerful country
