Solutions for developing the teaching staff of the Foreign Language Training Institute of Thu Dau Mot University

Abstract

Today, the role of the teaching staff is always given special importance, as an important factor determining the quality and effectiveness of education. This has been clearly shown in the Education Law, the Party's Resolutions, and the State's guidelines and policies. Based on the study of the situation of the teaching staff at the Institute of Foreign Language Training, the article proposes some solutions to develop the Institute's staff in the current period.
