Abstract

ABSTRACT
Pandemic of Covid-19 is obviously affecting all sectors all over the world including education sector.
Indeed, the unexpected shift from face-to-face classroom interaction to online learning has resulted numerous
of challenges for English teachers and students. Hence, investigating the challenges faced by the EFL teachers
and students is required in order to succeed the practices of teaching and learning during the pandemic.
Briefly, this study aimed at describing the challenges and insights faced by English teachers during the
pandemic. The results of this study contribute to providing fruitful advices for English teachers, students, and
school authorities to enhance the efficacy of online teaching and learning activities, particularly during the
global pandemic.
