Abstract

To achieve the goal of development towards industrialization and modernization, human resources are considered a key factor, determining the success or failure of the entire process. However, the process of developing industrial zones takes place along with the continuous expansion in the number of businesses, causing the demand for quantity and quality of human resources in businesses to increase rapidly. But the ability to meet the demand for quality human resources for businesses still has many limitations, and the main reason is that workers in industrial zones come from agricultural and rural backgrounds, so it takes time for them to train, self-train and adapt. To achieve the goal of sustainable development of industrial zones, we need to focus on training in both quantity and quality, meeting the requirements of businesses in industrial zones is really necessary.
