Abstract
The flipped classroom is a form of active education that is identified as one of the important and highly practical improvements to standard pedagogical courses. To accurately determine the value of this method for Physical Education, through using the method of analyzing and synthesizing documents, this article evaluates the intrinsic and practical values of aiming to apply Using the flipped classroom model in Physical Education. The result of the article is to clarify some perspectives on the definition of flipped classroom, focus on analyzing the practical values of flipped classroom in teaching Physical Education, and at the same time give some suggestions. for Physical Education teachers in university-level teaching practice.
