Abstract
The 2018 general education program emphasizes the development of students’ abilities and qualities. Developing critical thinking and critical capacity through teaching reading comprehension not only helps students with their abilities of identifying and evaluating problems in learning but also help the communication process be effective in real life. The article focuses on clarifying a number of problematic situations and orenting solutions to help teachers handle text content as well as orienting the development of critical thinking and critical capacity for students through teaching reading comprehension in high school Literature.
