Abstract
Project-based teaching is one of the active teaching methods. It is one of the important methods to develop biology competence, including inquiring about the natural environment competence for students. In this article, author proposes a process of designing a learning project towards developing inquiring about the natural environment competence for students in teaching 4th Grade Science. Also, this process has been applied in designing a learning project towards developing inquiring about the natural environment competence for students in teaching the “Diet” topic, 4th Grade Science section at Primary School.
