Abstract
The highly complex process of constructing and reconstructing teachers’ professional identities fluctuates in a variety of ways depending on specific contextual settings. This process includes the effects of historical, cultural, social, and psychological aspects in various unique circumstances, both personally and professionally. Therefore, to ensure teaching quality, it is crucial to determine the factors that impact changes in teachers’ professional identities at each level through their professional development activities.
