General physical condition of 10th graders at Nguyen Hien High School, Da Nang City

Abstract

Through the use of observation, interviewing seminars, teaching methods and mathematical statistical method, the research conducted to evaluate the real situation using General fitness development exercise and the real situation of genearal physical strength of students at 10 Nguyen Hien junior high school, Da Nang city. Baesd on the results which contribute to improving the effectiveness of physical eduacation for students at 10 Nguyen Hien junior high school, Da Nang city.
