Abstract
Through 8 indicators to evaluate the level of strength and speed for male students. The project has selected 35 exercises to develop strength and speed for male volleyball club students at Tien Giang University. Initially apply the selected exercises into practice and evaluate their effectiveness. As a result, after 16 weeks of applying the developed and selected exercises into competition practice, the strength and speed of the male volleyball club students were significantly increased.
