Some proposals to organize formative assessment for database courses at university

Abstract

The Database course is an important compulsory course in any specialized Information Technology training program. This article provides some principles, requirements and methods to organize and perform formative assessment through the Database course which aiming to improve students’ s learning results. These proposals have been implemented on the online learning model and oriented to improve learning motivation for learners.
