Management measures to improve the effectiveness of innovating teaching methods at the university level

Abstract

The Resolution of the XI National Party Congress affirmed “To fundamentally and comprehensively renovate Vietnamese education towards standardization, modernization, socialization, democratization and international integration, in which, renovation of education management mechanism,.. is key.” To realize the goal of fundamental and comprehensive reform of education, along with the renewal of contents and programs; It is necessary to have a strategy to innovate teaching methods, the most important in higher education is “Teaching how to learn and training creative thinking capacity”. The article researches and proposes management measures to improve the efficiency of teaching method innovation at university level, contributing to improving knowledge for learners and improving the quality of teaching to meet the requirements of human resource development in the future.
