Abstract

Construction contract is a method to help the client manage the activities of the contractors, which is known as the construction contractors. The capital investment signed in a construction contract is the biggest amount of the total construction investment of a project. A contract that is agreed upon and strictly implemented will bring many economic benefits and prestige to both parties. In this article, the author does research to identify the risks in the signing contents and the issues affecting the contract implementation. Since then, on the basis of the provisions of relevant legal documents and lessons learned from projects implemented in HCMC, through construction contracts ranging from individual houses to large projects from which to propose basic content for the main terms and solutions to ensure the implementation of construction contracts.
