Factors affecting state management of green economy in the construction sector in Vietnam

Abstract

The Party and the State of Vietnam have recently given green growth and sustainable development particular emphasis. The construction industry is a special industry closely related to green economic factors. In order to connect infrastructure development, urban and rural regions, construction material manufacturing, etc. with the concepts of a green economy, the Vietnamese government must effectively manage the construction sector, which is crucial to the country's economic progress. In recent times, state management of the green economy in the construction sector has achieved some results, but there are still some limitations and shortcomings due to the influence of many factors. The objective of the article is to synthesize factors affecting state management activities on green economic development in the fields of the construction industry, propose a research model as a basis for assessing the impact level of these factors to help state management agencies on construction at the central and local levels have an objective view and solutions to improve the effectiveness of state management on green economy in the coming time.
