Offer the risk reduction solution in technical infrastructure investment projects under the form of public private partnership (PPP) in Da Nang

Abstract

ABSTRACT:
Nowadays, The demand for investment in the construction of technical infrastructure in Da Nang city is increasing in scale and scope with the wide participation of the whole society. The unstable effects of the surrounding environment and the internal adjustment of the project lead to many fundamental changes that were initially planned and changed the effectiveness of the project. This is the existence of a risk for PPPs in the field of technical infrastructure in Da Nang. Effective management risks of project is the key to a project's success. Based on the current situation of implementing investment projects to construction in technical infrastructure under the public private partnerships in Da Nang, the article proposes solutions to reduce risks in implementation of the PPP projects in technical infrastructure construction, that is creating conditions for projects to be sustainably in the current uncertain environmental conditions.
