Applying the AHP model to make investment decisions on health sector construction projects in Ho Chi Minh City using State budget funds

Abstract

Carry out the establishment, appraisal and approval of construction investment projects for the health sector using state budget capital in Ho Chi Minh City, in order to identify the influencing factors when investors invest in the construction of health sector projects in the field of public investment. However, to ensure that when making and appraising, approving errors and adjusting projects many times is considered an important issue in making investment decisions to build projects in the field of public investment. Based on the results of the survey and data analysis, the study presented 27 factors that have a great influence on the formulation, appraisal and approval to make investment decisions to build projects in the field of public investment. With the support of the Analytical Hierarchy Process - AHP method, the study has clearly identified the priority of factors affecting the decision-making of investment projects to build the health sector in the field of public investment, in order to help investors, Consulting units and State management agencies in the field of construction have an overview when making decisions on investment in building projects for the health sector in the field of public investment.
