Research on behavioral solutions to the slip phenomenon of rubber bridge bearings for for simple pc girder span with average span length

Abstract

Due to many advantages such as simple structure, easy installation, low price, reasonable service life, in addition to having damping and noise reduction features, steel plate rubber bearings pad have become popular. is being widely applied to small and medium span prestressed reinforced concrete bridge structures. In addition to the above advantages, currently the use of steel plate rubber bridge bearings in some bridge projects is causing the phenomenon of shifting away from the design position. This article analyzes the causes and proposes effective solutions to overcome this phenomenon.
