Consulting and measuring the development of the digital economy in construction

Abstract

Developing the digital economy is considered the optimal measure to realize national development and the development of the Construction industry. The State and Ministry of Construction have many guidelines and policies to encourage digital economic development in the Construction industry. Thanks to that, the digital economy in construction has made impressive developments. Besides the achieved results, many issues are being raised in the development of the construction industry's digital economy.

Within the scope of the article, the authors present consulting opinions and a set of general digital economy indicators, a set of digital economic indicators in construction and methods for measuring the development of the digital economy in construction.
