Credit ratings of businesses operating in vietnam's real estate market currently

Abstract

This article presents a brief history of the birth of corporate credit rating activities in the world and in Vietnam; pointing out the need to develop credit rating activities for real estate businesses in Vietnam. This article introduces credit rating methods for real estate businesses of Vietnamese enterprises licensed by the Ministry of Finance to conduct credit rating activity and proposes some solutions to promote development this activity.
