The construction industry is one of the major industries of every country in the world, including Vietnam. Participating in the construction industry is a large number of human resources, with a
close combination of engineering, art, science and technology, materials... For Vietnam, throughout the country's development, especially since the reform period, many projects have been invested in and built, creating an increasingly synchronous infrastructure, modern, contributing significantly to the country's economic development. Besides the successes achieved, there are also many investment projects that are not really effective, do not achieve their set goals or cannot keep up with the general development of the country. Therefore, the role of construction investment consulting is very important in contributing to the success of the project, ensuring that the project meets economic and social goals and aims to sustainable development of the country. To achieve that, it requires Construction Consulting to base itself on the actual conditions of Vietnamese Construction to come up with solutions to improve Construction Consulting in a sustainable direction
