Improving solutions on construction level management In hanoi central urban areas

Abstract

In the article issued in September 2023 and December 2023, the author analyzed the current situation of the management apparatus and the factors impacting construction level management in Hanoi central urban areas. Those studies are the basis to propose solutions for construction level management in this article. These are administrative solutions (non-structural solutions) to improve the management apparatus and management personnel at Hanoi's specialized Departments, improve construction level management tools in the field. Besides administrative solutions, there are technical solutions (structural solutions) to coordinate construction level between functional areas, contributing to reducing urban flooding in Hanoi central urban areas. The solutions proposed within this article have received consultations and comments from experienced experts of state management agencies in Hanoi (Department of Planning and Architecture, Department of Construction, Hanoi Urban Planning Institute). Therefore, the proposed solutions are the result of scientific research combined with management practice, and have reference value and practical application.
