Solutions of bored piles construction on rock foundation at Petro Cement Factory 12-9, Anh Son, Nghe An

Abstract

Bored pile foundation is currently widely used in Vietnam as well as worldwide. Construction technologies, construction processes, the skill levels of workers and engineers have been widely disseminated, increasingly refined, and continuously improved. However, during the actual construction of drilled pile foundations, frequent incidents still occur due to various subjective and objective factors, especially serious incidents that pose risks to life and property. Therefore, researching and proposing construction technology processes to effectively manage the quality of drilled pile foundations still require attention. In this article, the author has analyzed and proposed some construction measures for drilled pile foundations in karst caves based on comprehensive research and practical construction experience. The author's proposed solutions have been specifically applied to the Petro Cement Factory 12-9 project in Anh Son district, Nghe An province and have achieved certain results, receiving high praise.
