THE TENDENCY OF CHOOSING FOODS ORIGINATING FROM THE COUNTRYSIDE OF PEOPLE IN HO CHI MINH CITY

Abstract

In a developed country, the health of people needs to be more assured, before the changes in dirty food are a threat to the health of the people today. In Ho Chi Minh City, people tend to choose more and more foods from the countryside, which is not simply derived from personal preferences but influenced by many factors such as: politics, economy, society,… this trend is gradually popular and gaining people's confidence. The survey shows that the people's appreciation for agricultural products originating from rural areas and this social action gradually aims to a safe, secure and stable food market in the society life.
