Abstract

The application of GIS to manage and announce information and support planning, setting, and changing street names and public works names in Ho Chi Minh City is necessary for people, tourists, and management agencies. This article describes a GIS database on roads and public works with all relevant information to build webGIS software to meet information management requirements, announcements, and support in planning and renaming streets.
