SOME SOLUTIONS TO DEVELOP THE TEACHING STAFF OF SOCIAL SCIENCES AND MILITARY HUMANITIES IN THE ARMY TODAY

Abstract

The military humanities and social sciences faculty are those who are selected, trained, fostered, and qualified in pedagogical skills. They have an important position and role in research and teaching at military schools today. The article results in the process of the Military Party Committee leading the construction of a contingent of military humanities and social science lecturers, the remaining limitations in the leadership process. The main research methods are historical method, logical method, analysis and evaluation of documents and reports to clarify the research problem and content. This research result is an important basis for the Central Military Party Committee to propose specific guidelines and solutions to further develop the teaching staff of military social sciences and humanities in order to improve the quality of education and training of military schools in the whole army.
