APPLYING THE FLIPPED CLASSROOM MODEL TO TEACHING GEOGRAPHY 11 AT HIGH SCHOOL
Abstract
In the context of educational innovation in both domestic and international settings, it has been determined that teachers need to change their teaching methods and organization to attract active participation of students in the classroom throughout the learning process. This article presents the process of applying the flipped classroom model to teaching Geography 11 at high school, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the model in the teaching process. At the same time, the author conducted pedagogical experiments to test the feasibility of applying the flipped classroom model to teaching Geography 11. Through the research results, the author found that applying the flipped classroom model not only helps enhance students' interest in learning and interaction but also helps students actively seek and absorb knowledge, thereby improving learning outcomes.
