INTEGRATING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND COMMUNICATION IN TEACHING IN VIETNAM: TOWARD A MODERN MODEL

Abstract

This paper focuses on proposing and describing a model for integrating information technology and communication in science teaching in Vietnam. The study aims to explore the potential and significance of this model, as well as suggest directions for its development and implementation in science teaching. The research method includes evaluating the effectiveness of the model based on the implementation and assessment of a teaching system that utilizes information technology and communication in the field of science. The results demonstrate that this model brings numerous benefits, such as improving learning performance and enhancing students' motivation in science. The proposed application of this model includes investing in teacher training, building information technology and communication infrastructure, providing online resources and materials, and designing creative teaching methods and flexible classroom management. The conclusion of the study indicates that integrating information technology and communication has great potential in science teaching in Vietnam. This will contribute to enhancing the quality of science teaching and exploring the potential of technology in the learning process.
