E-SCHOOL - SOLUTION FOR EDUCATION IN VIET NAM

Abstract

This is a scientific research work for more than 30 years on the errors of the Vietnamese Education System in its organization and administration. This system error is prolonged and difficult to overcome, causing Vietnam's Education to go backward and stagnate. To carry out this scientific research, we had to conduct many informal surveys on students, parents, teachers, principals, education sector leaders, local government leaders and collect opinions in the media and press. The study offers a number of solutions for error correction, such as organizing the operating system, recruiting quality teachers, changing the curriculum and exams more effectively. An effective solution for Vietnam's Education is to build e-School that will solve all the shortcomings, stagnation and even the lack of educational investment budget for disadvantaged areas. When epidemics and natural disasters occur, the school system still operates normally. This scientific work applies to all countries in the world on effective investment in education, opening up a global education when e-School becomes popular in the world.
