FOUNDATIONS OF EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY OF TECHNOLOGICAL COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT FOR LOWER SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS UNDER THE GENERAL EDUCATION PROGRAM 2018

Abstract

Developing technological capacity for learners in general and for students in schools in particular is essential before the development of the current industrial revolution 4.0. In order to have a scientific basis for organizing teaching activities aimed at developing effective technological competence, within limits, the paper conducts research on the basis of educational psychology of technological competency development for lower secondary school students according to the General Education Program 2018. The article uses the method of studying the secondary literature and performs analysis, synthesis, evaluation to find the basis of this problem. From this, the article pointed out the 3 bases of educational psychology on the research problem. This is a scientific basis to help teachers have ideas to design appropriate and diverse teaching activities, contributing to the further development of technological capacity in particular and comprehensively develop the qualities and competencies of lower secondary school students in general in the current context of educational innovation.
