STUDENT SATISFACTION STUDY FOR ONLINE TRAINING CASE OF DA NANG UNIVERSITY OF ECONOMICS
Abstract
The objective of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction of Danang University of Economics students with online training. The data used in the study was collected by the author from the results of a survey of 200 learners in a convenient method and processed through SPSS software. The article uses qualitative methods and quantitative methods, descriptive statistics; testing the reliability scale using the Cronbach Alpha coefficient; exploratory factor analysis (EFA); correlation testing (Pearson); Linear regression analysis. The results of regression analysis show that there are 4 factors affecting learner satisfaction: Student Self, System Quality, Lecturer Attitude and Lecture Quality which are important for learner satisfaction. From there, the author proposes policy implications to improve online teaching in line with the characteristics of the school.
